Aisha jamila Hinds has been an American actress for more than a decade. Her roles are in The Shield as well as True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has shown her acting versatility by performing outstandingly in TV series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 as well as Under the Dome. The role she played on Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first to draw her attention. However, it was her performance of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer, in the documentary film All the Way, which brought her the recognition she earned as an actress. Hind was praised for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The series has been renewed for the third installment with 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has completed filming in the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Born in Mangalore India. Her father Krishnaraj, an Army Scientist who passed away on the 18th of March, 2017, as well as her mother Vrinda both are household workers. Aditya, who is an engineer working in the Merchant Navy and is also her brother works for her. Bachchan's elder brother and their mother co-produced Dil Ka Rishta. She was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family relocated. She finished her secondary education through Jai Hind College for a year prior to enrolling in D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she was able to score a 90 percent in her H.S.C. exams. She had a successful acting career with her roles in Iruvar (1997 and Aur Pyaar ho Gaya (1997). Bachchan was thrust to the front in New Bollywood after both films broke the traditional structure for Bollywood films of the period. Bachchan became the Queen of Bollywood through her performance as Paro the betrayed love in Devdas, (2002). Devdas was among the most popular films in Bollywood. It also was the first film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. Chokher (2002) was a dramatic version of the novel by Rabindranath Tagore (2003) received much acclaim. The actress became the first Indian actress to serve on the jury of Cannes Film Festival in the same year. Bachchan was in Bride and Prejudice, a dance and musical adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice by Gurinderchadha. Bachchan brought both her star-power as well as her beautiful appearance to her first major English film. In 2006, she returned to Bollywood with the hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan was married in April of 2007. He is both a Bollywood star and regular co-star.
